We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team in Faisalabad.
Position Overview: Are you a passionate HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition? Sadagal Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing, planning, and executing selection processes through social media and advertisements in accordance with our recruitment policy.
- Coordinating interviews and selecting candidates based on approved CVs.
- Utilizing a variety of selection methods, including interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.
- Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.
- Using innovative sourcing methods to fill challenging roles.
- Attending career fairs, college fairs, and similar events to build a talent pipeline.
- Designing, planning, and executing employer branding activities.
- Encouraging employees to become brand ambassadors.
- Establishing HR and recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Core Expertise: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools, processes, and strategies, including platforms like LinkedIn, Rozee, and other social media sites.
- Experience in participating in job fairs and technical institute fairs.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Qualifications:
- MBA/MPA specialization in HR.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in the same position in Talent Acquisition within the textile sector.
