Outfitters Stores, a well-established retail brand, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store in Gujrat and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, excellent customer service, and effective team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and coaching to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement company initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the senior management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in a retail management role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Sound knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
