Sapphire Textile Mills Limited, a leading textile manufacturing company, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Export & Logistics. As an Executive Export & Logistics, you will play a vital role in managing the export process and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our international customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments, including production, planning, and sales, to ensure timely production and availability of export orders.
• Prepare and review export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions, in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers to arrange and track shipments.
• Manage customs clearance and documentation requirements for export shipments.
• Liaise with international customers and address inquiries, order status updates, and shipment-related matters.
• Monitor and track export shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to export shipments and logistics activities.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely payment processing and resolution of any financial issues related to export shipments.
• Stay updated with international trade regulations, export procedures, and logistics trends.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in export and logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and logistics operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with export documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in export or logistics roles is an advantage but not required.
