We are currently recruiting for multiple entry level Accountants to join our growing team! Recent graduates with 1+ year of experience in accounting are needed for these vacancies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, SOX).
  8. Previous experience in a similar role or internships in accounting or finance (preferred).
  9. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) or progress towards obtaining them (a plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle Accounts Payable – high volume processing
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Perform regular bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
  • General Ledger Maintenance
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare reports to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Financial Statement Preparation
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation of journal entries and financial reports.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide accurate financial information and support decision-making processes.
