Airblue, a leading airline in Pakistan, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Counselors. As a Call Center Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our passengers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, assistance, and support in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, including flight bookings, ticketing, reservations, baggage, schedules, and general service-related queries.
  • Assist customers in modifying or canceling existing bookings, processing refunds, and handling changes to travel itineraries.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the call center system for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, sales, and finance, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay updated with airline policies, procedures, flight schedules, fares, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Promote and sell additional services, products, and upgrades to customers, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure the security and privacy of customer information.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including call center software, email, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
