Job Qualifications and Experience:
- Master/MBA in Project Management from an HEC recognized institute.
- 10-12 years of total job experience and 5 years of related job experience in a reputable organization in a managerial or senior managerial capacity.
Responsibilities: As the Manager Projects, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all agreed Capital projects, wide projects, and business change activities across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the institution’s capability to deliver projects by maturing the Project Management Unit (PMU) service and creating a focal point for project information and progress.
- Leading on all PMU change activities and collaborating on other business change activities to align with strategic drivers.
- Managing resource utilization and budgets within the business change and project delivery teams.
- Undertaking reviews of core business processes and delivering procedural optimization.
- Championing strategic change and setting up mechanisms for benefits realization.
- Monitoring and reporting progress against plans and managing complex risks and issues.
- Engaging stakeholders and managing expectations.
