Position: Manager – Store Operations Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Store Operations at Imtiaz, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, increase sales, and maximize profitability.
- Maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring efficient stocking, implementing purchasing plans, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to achieve sales targets.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to make informed business decisions, with a focus on achieving sales and profit goals. You will also be responsible for managing profit and loss and handling cash transactions at the store.
- Leading, directing, and motivating the store team to provide excellent service to customers, drive sales and profits, minimize losses, and maintain the store’s visual appeal.
- Ensuring consistent compliance with company policies and procedures and fostering a results-driven environment.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should possess:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in retail management.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role of managing store operations independently.
