Innovative Biscuits (Pvt.) Ltd is a leading biscuit manufacturing company located in Burewala. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Officer. This is a full-time and permanent position, offering a first shift (day) schedule. We welcome both entry-level candidates and those with some prior sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our range of biscuits to existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to the management team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and present them to the sales manager.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales deals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
