Role Description:
As a Sales Promotion Officer at Master Group of Industries, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating monthly visit plans and obtaining approval from seniors.
- Keeping visit plans up-to-date on a weekly basis.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with dealers in your designated areas and inspiring them to enhance their performance.
- Regularly conducting stock movement analysis.
- Completing any additional sales tasks assigned by senior management in Lahore.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Graduation or BBA/MBA in Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
