Job Description:
As a Senior Executive Shipping at Style Textile, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of shipping, including documentation, compliance, and inventory reconciliation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Knowledge: Possess complete knowledge of EOU (Export Oriented Unit), EFS (Export Facilitation Scheme), and Manufacturing Bond processes.
- Documentation: Be well-versed in import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Manage inventory reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Audits: Conduct audits related to shipping and inventory management, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Ideal Profile:
- Education: CA Inter, ACCA, MBA, or any other relevant degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
