Position Overview: As a Specialist Energy at Engro Enfrashare, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end CP billing portfolio nationwide. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to track and optimize energy utilization, identify inefficiencies, and ensure accurate billing. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the energy sector’s growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Telecommunication / Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CP billing portfolio nationwide.
- Maintain and audit records for all reference numbers nationwide.
- Track CP status of all regions on a weekly basis through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess and identify inefficiencies in energy utilization and propose improvement areas, including electricity at the site level.
- Identify and track worst-performing and margin-depleting sites in terms of energy utilization.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of energy profiles, grid types, and energy equipment installed at each site.
- Analyze and report planned, actual, and required energy at the site level, highlighting abnormalities.
- Liaise with stakeholders (including internal stakeholders and customers) to ensure proper energy billing.
- Track and analyze electricity billing down to the individual site level, flagging any abnormalities.
- Manage electricity bill verification, correction (including ownership and NTN/STN particulars), and payment.
