Job Title: SR. TECHNICAL MANAGER PROCESSING – TERRY

Job Overview: Are you a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in terry dyeing processes? Utopia invites you to join our team as a Senior Technical Manager in Terry Processing. In this role, you will lead and manage all technical aspects of the dyeing process, ensuring efficiency and top-quality production. If you have a deep understanding of dyeing techniques, machinery, and quality control, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire terry dyeing process, from dye selection to finishing, ensuring consistent high-quality results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dyeing processes, machinery, and quality control.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the dyeing process.
- Manage and maintain dyeing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the technical team, including dyeing technicians and machine operators.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement among the technical staff.
- Efficiently manage resources, including dyes, chemicals, water, and energy consumption, to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
- Prepare regular reports on production and quality metrics for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Chemical, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and strong leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of textile dyeing processes, machinery, and chemistry.
