Qualifications and Experience: To be considered for these positions, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Store Manager:
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in leading a store.
- Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
- Floor Manager:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in handling day-to-day store operations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
