Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd., a leading food manufacturing company, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to the sales team in managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing and processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, including order status, sales performance, and inventory levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Liaise with customers to resolve any order-related issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipment schedules and track deliveries.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sales processes and order management is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred but not required.
