As an Executive – CBU Yard at Hyundai Pakistan, you will play a vital role in managing the operations of the Completely Built Unit (CBU) Yard. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the storage, inventory management, and logistics coordination of imported vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CBU Yard, ensuring efficient and organized storage of vehicles.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and logistics providers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported vehicles.
- Perform quality checks on incoming vehicles to ensure compliance with Hyundai’s standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of vehicles in the CBU Yard, including details such as model, color, and condition.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to facilitate the allocation and delivery of vehicles to dealerships or customers.
- Conduct periodic physical inspections of the CBU Yard to ensure the security and proper maintenance of vehicles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, finance, and sales, to support the smooth flow of vehicles from importation to distribution.
- Assist in managing documentation and paperwork related to vehicle imports, customs procedures, and sales transactions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines within the CBU Yard.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, import/export laws, and customs procedures related to vehicle imports.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA or a related degree.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry operations and logistics is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in supply chain management is advantageous.
