Dawlance, a leading consumer appliances company, is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. This full-time, permanent position is based in Gujranwala and offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to start their career in sales. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather market intelligence, and provide product knowledge and training to retailers.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns in the assigned territory.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent Dawlance at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
