Imtiaz Store, a renowned retail company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an HR Operations professional. As an HR Operations personnel, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Coordinate employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support the performance management process, including performance evaluations and tracking performance-related data.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Address employee queries and provide basic HR-related information to employees.
• Assist in HR data management, reporting, and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Previous experience in HR or related roles is preferred but not required.
